ahh7 Terms & Conditions for Philippine Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ahh7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the ahh7 website at ahh7.vu and all associated services. These Terms apply to all users in the Philippines. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To register and use ahh7, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

2. Account Registration and KYC

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on ahh7. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ahh7 reserves the right to close all accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonuses or promotional balances.

During registration and as part of ongoing account management, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence) before any withdrawal is processed.

• Ensure your registered payment accounts (bank account, GCash, or Maya) are in your own name and match your verified identity.

ahh7 uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. These security measures are in place as part of standard platform operations and do not constitute a guarantee against all unauthorised access events.

3. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on ahh7 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion, and all balances displayed on the platform reflect your actual PHP balance without any hidden adjustments.

• Deposits may be made through supported Philippine payment methods including local bank transfers and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to the available options displayed at the time of deposit.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering instruments on ahh7.

• Deposits must come from accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ahh7 are processed in PHP to your verified Philippine bank account, GCash wallet, or Maya wallet. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• The withdrawal destination account must be in your own legal name, matching your verified identity on file.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after any applicable investigation is completed, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.

• Losses resulting from a member's decision to participate in games or place bets. All gaming decisions are made voluntarily by the member.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks, e-wallet providers, or payment processors beyond the platform's control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

ahh7's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

ahh7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified through a notice on the platform or via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
